The Financial Sector Modernization Project of the World Bank

The Financial Sector Modernization Project (FSMP) of the World Bank aims to modernize financial market infrastructure, upgrade the legal and regulatory framework for the financial system and strengthen the institutional capacity of the financial sector regulators (Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka). As part of the FSMP, the SEC secured Technical Assistance and Investment Funding support for a number of key initiatives. As such, the following procurements are presently in progress: Consultancies

4. Expertise to Guide the Implementation of a Delivery vs.Payment Framework and Recommend a Policy Framework for Implementing a Central Counterparty

5. Expertise to Develop an Institutional Information Technology Strategy and Provide Implementation Support

    to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC)
