RE: REVISION OF APPLICATION FEES FOR ENTITIES LICENSED / REGISTERED BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF SRI LANKA

We write to inform you that the Commission at its 219 th Meeting held on 28 th December 2006, directed that the license/registration fees applicable for all entities registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) be revised as follows:
