Right to Information Act No. 12 of 2016
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) will be able to disclose such “information” as defined in the Right to Information Act, No 12 of 2016 with the exception of information pertaining to ongoing investigations, surveillance and exceptional
circumstances that warrant confidentiality.
